Brandy: It is produced from the
addition of 30 - 35% volume pure alcohol to the cognac suma obtained
Brandy, which should be taken after a coffee following a meal, must be
brewed at 32° volume alcohol in oak barrels, for
at least 5 years. It is advised that it should be drunk sec, and at room
temperature. |

Gin:
It is a distilled drink containing 46 - 48% volume clear alcohol with a
self-contained odour and taste, which is obtained by the distillation of
pure ethyl alcohol with juniper berries and herbal drugs non-harmful to
health.
It is a popular kind of
drink suitable for mixing in cocktails particularly with tonic, fruit
juices, cola drinks and other kinds of drinks. |

It is a pure spirit distilled twice, passed through active coal,
sweeteded with drinking water, and bottled after 2 - 3 weeks brewing. It
has, therefore, no special taste or odour. It is obtained from Grapes
spirit. ıt contains 40% volume alcohol. It is used in cocktail drinks.
The drinking heat must be 7 - 10°c. |
